வணக்கம்

போராடுபவர்கள் சாதிக்க முடியாமல் போவது ஏன்?

அடிப்படைக் காரணம் என்ன?

கடமையைச் செய்தால் மட்டுமே பலனை அடையலாம்!

No law, No life. Know law, know life!

So, Know Your Lawful Duty & Rights.
Do Your Duty, Get Lawful Benetit!

Pleading in courts of law is as easy as having discussion with members of the family!
We are living around Laws! Some are in the open space. Otherwise, we have to be in jail. We are governed by laws but we do not know what the law is; we do not know about our privileges and duties and so we made to live with suffering, not known how to live peacefully. Let us see why we are ignorant of laws. This is because both the government and the people are not wide awake of laws. I think it is wrong to say that the court is a place of darkness and the advocates are of two little lamps which give light to find out the criminals. We should not believe this versus. When a man follows the law he is said to have a son. If it is correct to say so, what law is meant? And what the use of law is for the country? In 1999, I had been serving in a private company which had a lot of problems, many related to the sphere of law. I had known nothing about the rules of laws. I referred many law books in libraries, but I could not trace a way through which I could get rid of my doubts. My doubts increases but not decreased. Why? I found them being unable to clear out my doubts. Instead, they confused me more and more. Meanwhile, I was charged in a case which I met in the court. I hired a lawyer with his assistant. I found the assistant to be hesitating to argue my case because of his inability of argument. To my surprise, he was found to be inferior to me in arguing a case. One day while I was returning to my village in train. I happened to read a book entitled, “You can also argue your case in court” from a co-passenger. This made me to recollect that I had read the same book written by Senthamil keelar, Aruppukkottai two years ago. Although I had studied the book then I could not understand the meaning and the underlying philosophy. The style of writing of the book was too complicated for a layman to understand. Whatever it may be, when I met Senthil keelar I thought he was a brilliant advocate, but he refused to accept my case stating that it was not fit case for argument. From this incident, I realized there are some people who acted as if they were brilliant and there are some people who are brilliant but they do not act as if they were brilliant. There is no fault of them. They say what they know. When I thought what I could do, I decided that I must do whatever without advice from others. So I got the chance to become an advocate. This book is the Second Edition. I wrote a book on ‘How to bring an accused on bail’ in 2004. Following this I thought to write at least five books on law. Ninety percent people are thinking they have been getting into troubles, if they get interested in the life of ordinary people they can develop their knowledge of to wisdom. This will enable them to tackle their problems. I hope the CARE society will help the people understand this. The members of the CARE society said, ‘People who gets into trouble know the cause for th trouble’ which is false. Yes, all the members who have joined the CARE society are those who have been employed in private companies and have been earning more than thousand rupees per month. They may be said to have no problems but I am happy to say that they are pleased in doing services to the people of the society without expecting any gain. Just as they services to the people so you do them, the world can be made free of problems. We should not be afraid of problems. Instead, problems must be afraid of us. At present I have been issued with warrants, but I didn’t be afraid of them. I often go to the court, where a lot of irregularities are found because of the negligence of law to the people. If we investigate the qualities of education of those who desire to the advocates, the best educated candidates go to technical studies such as medicine technology and engineering but those who are found poor in education come to become advocates. These candidates are to the elected as the judges of the court in the future. Such second-rate merits occupying the important posts in the judicial hierarchy is wrong. This should be changed or the candidates should have the quality of education as is to the level of professional courses. Usually, everyone would try to solve problems when he/she is destined to meet with. He/She should never try to overcome the problems at his/her will. Those who are outside the court might have no problems to he solved. Still, where are such problems, there are as many people as the problems to help them. The prisoners have a lot of problems to solve, so they remain in prisons. There is no one there to help them. Why don’t we go there to help them? It may be ‘must’ especially, the accused must be taught law and rendered help so that they can understand their cases whether they are wrong or right. In doing so, the accused will obey order of the court without hesitation. And further there is ground to be _ those who are found not guilty. So much of the time wasted in the case be saved. I had determined to teach laws to many people, which caused are warrant under which I got an experience of the prison According to my will, the policeman and the lawyers have learned laws. But in case of the accused and the criminals I was contrary to my opinion. The accused did not understand me because they thought they had the advocates to advise them. Instead, the criminals had understood me better than I thought. This is because they had been suffering many not knowing laws and sometimes they were being cheated by the advocates. Had they known laws, they would have been saved from punishment without spending much money. There are many people who agreed their cases and were released from prison. What is the basic philosophy of this book? Why should we know about lawyer? What is the result by arguing our case ourselves? We should know well about this all. Learn Laws : Understand your life Be benefited : Make your Country benefited. Thanks! In the Service of awakening of laws, Warrant Bala
